Mental Health & Suicide Prevention
September is Suicide Prevention Month. Join us on Friday, September 4, from 11 AM–1 PM at the Wellness Center for a special Fitness Friday themed table.
💬 Connect with a mental health expert, learn more about suicide prevention, and discover helpful resources and recommendations for yourself or someone you care about.
🍎 Stop by, take a moment for your mental well-being, and enjoy some free snacks! Everyone is welcome—come by and say hi!
988 Day, observed on September 8, raises awareness of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and reminds people that free, confidential crisis support is available by call, text, or chat.
